As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of our store. You’ll greet customers with warmth, offer style advice, and keep the store looking neat and inviting. Your passion for fashion and awareness of current trends will help customers find pieces that suit their individual style.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively assist customers, creating a memorable shopping experience
- Unpack, display, and restock the latest collections
- Process transactions and answer questions about payments or returns
- Keep the store organised and visually appealing with attention to detail
- Share ideas to enhance customer experience and foster loyalty

Your Profile:

- Minimum GCSE-level education; retail experience (preferably in fashion) is ideal
- Passionate about fashion with an interest in Scandinavian-inspired style
- Customer-focused, friendly, and good communication skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
